Pictures and Information about the Walkerville area of coastal Victoria

This page of photographs showcases the beauty and uniqueness of the Walkerville area and includes the lime kilns, sheep and cattle grazing together, sheep in yards, people on the beach, gecko, beach scenes, local signs, stairway up the cliff, rocks, seaweed and more … . You can find the location on the map at the bottom of the page.

Walkerville encompasses both Walkerville North and Walkerville South which are quite close to each other in walking distance, but several kilometers apart by road.

Located on the south eastern-most tip of Australia, close to the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, Walkerville is a very peaceful area well known for its’ quiet and sheltered beaches and its’ popularity with holiday makers over the warmer months.

Walkerville South is home to the famous Lime Kilns and an historic Cemetery is found between both townships, but you can find out so much more by taking a look at the Walkerville page on the South Gippsland website.
