The Dale Open Garden

The Dale is a heritage listed building between Port Albert, Alberton and Yarram in Victoria.

A stunning album of garden pictures. I had the privilege of attending an open garden day here and photographing the extensively beautified acreage including garden beds, rose gardens, vegetable beds, fruit orchard, cottage garden, tulips and daffodils, bulbs, fountains, bird baths, displays of old machinery, a great hand made scarecrow, pergola, rotunda with circular seating and a South Melbourne sign etc.

On this page are pictures of roses, artichokes, Brussels Sprouts, silver-beet, cabbage, broccoli, flowers, outdoor seats, garden ornaments, ceramic frog, statues, annuals, hedges, the old historic building and more … The two featured panorama images below are of the front of this historic homestead and the bricked garden bed surrounding the water tank … Enjoy!
