Open Garden Day – Foster 2009

Photographs of flowers, roses, gardens, golden labrador, fence, chair, statues, bird feeder, rooster, eagle, kettle, buddha, australian plants, native plants, dam, cottage garden and more, during the Open Garden Day in Foster November 8th 2009.

Gardens included those of Alana Begg and Paul Westaway (Tindoona Cottages), Anne and Allistair Garrow, Andrea and Bill O’ Hara, Sopie and Daryl Callcott, Sue and David Hoare, Colleen and Allan Smith and Stuart and Margy Barron (The Vista on the South Gippsland Highway).

The Foster Primary School Kitchen Garden was also included on the tour, and money raised on the day was generously donated to the South Gippsland Secondary College music program.

Many thanks to all the people who donated their time in preparation for the day, those who sold programs and manned the gates at each venue and the garden exhibitors for making the event such an enjoyable one.
